Shipping and Handling

 

Upon receipt of the order, we will calculate shipping costs, as per your shipping preference. We will then notify you the amount that was charged upon shipment. 

Note:  Orders placed after 2:30 pm MST may ship the next day. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

 

 

Return Policy:

 

1. Returned items will only be accepted with a Product Return Number (PRN#). Credit will NOT be issued without a PRN

2.  Call our office and provide the following information to get a PRN#:  Invoice Number; part # and Quantity to be returned ; Reason for return

3.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returned parts

4.  Requests for returns MUST be made within 30 days for non-Electrical, 14 days for Electrical parts from date of shipping

5.  There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items or refused shipments. 

 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Exchanges are handled on case basis. Returns are limited to 14 days for Electrical Components, 30 days for non-Electrical Components from the date of shipping. All returns must be accompanied with a Product Return Number (PRN#). To request an PRN number, call us at 1-866-443-7922. Prices are subject to change without notice Warranties are in accordance with current Manufacturers' Policies. No Labor warrantee. Manufacturers part numbers & illustrations intended for identification purposes only. Title will not transfer to buyer until transaction has cleared and payment is received. Sales Tax collected in NY State.

 

 

Shipping Charges & Terms

 

Items are shipped Standard UPS Ground Delivery, however- Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Selected shipping options are also available at additional charges

Larger items/orders have increased Shipping & Handling charges and some may be shipped by truck, freight collect from their manufacturing point.

Shipping & Handling is not included in any of the prices shown

Damage claims to be directed to & filed with Delivering Carrier

All goods must be checked and accounted for before signing the delivery note.

The signed delivery note will be classed as confirmation of a correct and intact order.
